The structure’s location was excellent for exploring the city centre and convenient for getting around, but the furniture and décor felt a bit dated, though it didn’t cause any inconvenience.

There was nothing positive; everything was dirty and broken, and it was disheartening to see all parts of the room filthy, with a suffocating smell, beds full of hair of all kinds, and sagging mattresses. I cancelled the reservation the moment we arrived, and as a tourist, it felt awful to see false or outdated photos and receive a terrible quality for what was promised. No apology was offered, yet I was charged almost $100 for a same‑day cancellation without considering the poor state of the facilities. I never complain about simple places if they’re clean, but this was beyond filthy, with unrepairable and deteriorated installations—a nightmare for visitors to a beautiful country like Argentina. I would appreciate compensation, but simply waiving the cancellation fee would suffice; it’s a mockery of travelers and tourists.

I loved how comfortable the place was, the location was great, and the staff were friendly.
