“todo muy bien solo la alberca el agua estaba muy turbia”
The location and breakfast were great, but the reception guys seemed to lack interaction.

The receptionist was rude when I mentioned I had booked and asked for a ground‑floor room; she told me repeatedly that everything had been fully booked for a month and that I could either take the reservation or not, even suggesting other hotels while staying impolite, then insisted I had reserved a single‑bed room and I had to repeat that I needed it for three people. The breakfast was disappointing – only plain waffles, eggs and beans were offered. The staff at the front desk were far from empathetic, though the hotel’s location is good.
