The hotel sits fairly close to the city center and boasts a lovely terrace with a great city view. Cleanliness was good, and they even offered an extra bed free of charge. However, the hilltop location makes walking to and from the city inconvenient, especially when returning uphill. The terrace, though beautiful, is technically part of the restaurant; if you don't order anything, staff may complain or even deny you access. Once we were told we couldn't smoke on the terrace because we hadn't ordered, and were directed to smoke near the exit instead, but there was no trash bin, leaving the area dirty. The elevator was malfunctioning, and despite our reservation being incorrectly recorded, the staff offered no help. We needed a room with three separate beds, but only received one extra bed free of charge. The back‑side photos of the hotel don't match reality; the actual view from my room is concrete outside the windows, giving the rear rooms a very poor view. Even though two people shared one room, we never received two keys.
