The breakfast was very good, plentiful, and the selection was decent. The hotel is in a good spot, close to the center, a park, restaurants, and shops. There is a private parking lot. The room also had a suitable-sized terrace. The air conditioning works well. There is a kettle and Nescafé. The receptionist couldn’t speak English at all. The private parking is narrow, and there is no fixed parking spot assigned to the room, so you either get a spot or you don’t. Even though the elevator has a stop on the parking level, it doesn’t work, making it quite difficult to bring luggage up to the reception level.

Parking was a problem. Getting onto the parking lot was very difficult because of other parked vehicles, there was no space, and it felt cramped.

The elevator was a huge help because I traveled with my son in a wheelchair; there were few places in Kudowa for wheelchair users. There was no such thing.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the elevator went to the parking, breakfast was good with a wide selection, the lady at reception was very nice, and the gentleman in the office was friendly.
