I didn’t get breakfast, but the spot was great for my non‑tourist needs, so I can’t judge that aspect.

The building is new, cleaning is superb, and the reception staff are friendly and efficient. The parking area is monitored, and there’s a kettle and fridge in the common area. The only downside was that many lights stayed on in the room, which disturbed my sleep.
