Nice clean building restaurant and bar, clean facilities, majority of the staff are nice and friendly. close to bus, shops and food. First I received a message on the day of check in, towels not provided and to rent $6 or buy is $8????? after checking in the room had towels one on each bed again ??? Then the message said I booked a 4 bed room Dorm room again ????? bookings.com shows I booked a Private Superior 4 Bed Room, the staff said bookings.com gets this wrong again??? stain on carpet didn't look nice or hygienic, Our room was next to the bathroom all day and night you can here people coming and going, walls paper thin, constant knocking on the shower door and people talking while waiting , cant move as no other rooms available. Room did not have a shower booking a private room I assumed it would, description is poorly described on bookings.com. Noisy school group staying at the same time

The room was a little small, but very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The hotel is centrally located and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was very quick, helpful, and friendly. We especially appreciated the complimentary wine at the hotel bar, which was such a lovely touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

The lounge was amazing, but there was no space in the room for luggage—felt more like a storage locker than a bedroom.

I’d recommend the eight‑person room: beyond the beds it offers a huge, airy layout, a dressing area with two high stools, an entire row of small sofa seats, plus two private, spacious bathrooms with separate wet and dry zones. No complaints at all.
