Nothing. Property toilet and room was not clean , no WiFi staff behavior was very rude - my stay was 2 days but , when I complain about WiFi next hotel staff says I have to leave , for one days he was asking more money then mentioned in contract

We were thrilled with our time at Orelia Villas, perched high above Badulla town, offering a quiet retreat. The room felt snug and natural, complete with beautiful woodwork, and the balcony gave a lovely view of the town. Our host was attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed, making us feel truly welcome and wishing we could stay a day or two longer. If you want a peaceful, restful spot in Badulla, this place is a solid choice. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff here really tried to make up for their organizational mess-ups, which I appreciated. That being said, one of the two rooms I booked wasn't available due to their planning issues, but they did find a decent alternative.
