This place is amazing, perched on a hill with views of vineyards, olive groves and Monteione, and sunsets that stay in your memory forever. It looks even better in person than in the photos, and a cypress avenue leads to it. The small number of apartments meant we had privacy and a huge pool almost just for us. The pool has a shallow area and a deeper part that gradually reaches 2.5 m, so everyone can find a spot. Toward the pool there are loungers, chairs and plenty of space. Lidl and other large stores are about 10 km away, small shops in Monteione are within 5 km. The apartment itself was very clean and well‑maintained, decorated with Tuscan flair, and exceeded our expectations. Air conditioning worked efficiently, the kitchen was fully equipped (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven). The bedroom had a large, comfortable bed. Each apartment had its own garden area, a shaded pergola, and comfy loungers. The building with the apartments is a separate structure surrounded by a garden. You can pick figs straight from the tree in front of the house and basil from a pot by the door. The air smells of lavender and rosemary. The family running it is wonderful – their main business is the vineyard, olive harvesting, and pig farming – and their specialties can be tasted during the evening tasting. We enjoyed the Thursday Italian dinner with live music ❤️. The only downside: it was too short :(
The family and staff who run the apartments are very helpful and sweet, treating guests like family. Their own wine and cured meats are also very good! The location is gorgeous and offers great value for money.

The location is fantastic! If you love peace and nature, this is the right spot. There’s a charging point for electric cars! The apartments are nice, authentic, and have everything you need. The pool is lovely and only for guests of the three apartments. On Thursday evening we enjoyed a wonderful buffet on the estate. Very atmospheric! The family is friendly and welcoming! Centrally located in Tuscany. All towns and villages are 30‑80 minutes away. The air conditioning was present, but when it got much warmer the last two days it didn’t really work, and the nights were still warm. That doesn’t take away from the fantastic place, which is worth visiting.
The apartment was beautifully and stylishly furnished with everything needed. The huge pool was stunning, and the owners were perfect and eager to help. I recommend trying their wine tasting and cured meats.
