Very good starting point for Slovak Paradise and beyond. Well‑located on a side street next to the exit road. Large area with a pool, tennis table, playground for kids. Soccer and frisbee. Ideal spot for families. A wonderful and spacious kitchen annex where you can prepare everything and eat in a nice setting. Very well equipped. Additionally, a small fridge in the room. TV and private bathroom. In bad weather a covered play corner and board games. Parking spot under the window, on a dedicated green strip by the road. Very friendly hosts, taking care of everything. Extremely clean and tidy. The pool is cleaned daily, trash is taken out. I wholeheartedly recommend it, because it’s only an hour’s drive from the border.

Great kids’ pool, warm welcome from the host. Unfortunately the mattresses were already heavily sagged and my back hurt in the morning.

Very nice place for families with children and the owners very willing and kind. The garden with the pool provided a great rest after tours in Slovak Paradise.

“Wakacje w 100% udane.”

Amazing place, rooms very clean, garden well‑maintained with many attractions. We were with two teenagers, never bored. The pool is great with a cover for bad weather. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Super spot for trails in Slovak Paradise, Cingov close and to Podlesok you need to drive about 15 minutes. A few houses behind the villa are already ending the development and there’s a beautiful route through fields, meadows and forests. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot 😁
