everything was fine , very good value for money, food excellent, service very good and quick super location, all staff super friendly, all positives 1 x suggestion , morning / breakfast , hot drinks to be tabled served and not self service ????? cleaning up the beach leading up to the water sports area, removing the rocks etc from a photo it could look unsightly. as above

Everything!! The hotel’s strong point is the amazing staff. By the end of your stay, you feel as though they are friends. The food is excellent, especially in the speciality restaurants. The pool area is lovely, and the fact that you can order food and drinks directly to your sun lounger is a great touch. We loved our stay and will be back. If I had to say anything, it would be that the hotel is quite isolated. For us it wasn’t a problem, but if you want to be able to walk to places, you just can’t

Very high‑quality all‑inclusive experience. Two spacious, very well‑maintained pool areas invite you to linger. The various restaurants offer varied dishes with top ambience. Large selection of drinks including wine. At any time the staff meets all requests. When the shower drain was used, drains from other rooms could be heard and smelled. The beach is not especially special. The request for drinks via the app was “ignored” and not delivered.

The hotel’s location was good and the cleanliness was very good. However, the all‑inclusive service didn’t match the promise of eight different restaurants; as soon as I checked in there were no reservations available at any of the themed restaurants. I had to file three complaints before they managed to book me at just three restaurants, and if I wanted a buffet every day I would have had to choose the Grecotel chain instead. Because of this, I won’t return.
