The spot is convenient, close to eateries and not far from the airport, but when I arrived at 11.00 PM on September 13th 2024 expecting a pool‑side room, the front desk told me the rooms were full and I had no choice but to accept whatever was available. That attitude felt unhelpful, especially since my reservation was altered instantly without any prior notice. If a change is unavoidable, guests should be warned beforehand, particularly when a refund isn’t possible after arrival. The office shut down at 01.00 AM with no one present, and the restaurant only opened at 10.00 AM—so anyone who wants to start their day before 10.00 AM and prefer a quiet breakfast outside the pool area will find it difficult.
