I stayed in a small studio with a kitchen, and overall it was a pleasant visit; the only downside was that there was no daily room service, but everything else was very comfortable.

It was spacious enough, the staff were lovely. 1. Tap in bathroom 305 didn’t work 2. Latch on door safety chain was broken off 3. The pool was green and dirty looking. 4. There should be a book with hotel information in each room like wifi, where things are located, what’s close by, etc

The room was fine, yet the location was a drawback because you can only reach it via a gravel track.

The place was quite clean and odorless, the staff were friendly, and the rooftop bar was nice, but the sinks and shower faucets in both rooms leaked onto the floor or didn’t shut off completely, there was no elevator, and children had to be constantly supervised because the stairs were steep.

Breakfast was good, the service and staff were very nice, and the rooftop area was also nice, but there was no elevator, the room was on the 3rd floor while the restaurant was on the 4th, the bathroom shower and toilet leaked, the leak persisted after moving to a different room, hot water was sometimes absent, the internet was poor, parking was difficult, and the hotel was hard to find.
