The accommodation is a bit dated, but the old elements (e.g., shutters on the windows with the storage boxes inside the room) were professionally renovated and work perfectly, giving a nostalgic feel. The terrace was huge, featuring a Hollywood swing, a large dining table under a generous umbrella, two comfortable sun loungers, a clothesline with clips, and four bins for separating all types of waste. VERY SUSTAINABLE. In the large bedroom with parquet floor, there were aches when getting up. There was also a small table with two chairs for having breakfast in bad weather. The kitchen unit, housed in a large cabinet with folding doors, had a large sink, a fridge, and an induction hob. Plenty of dishes were available. Now to breakfast. It’s a typical Italian breakfast, as you still find in many places in Italy today. Raisins, cookies, croissants all in plastic packaging. Accompanied by good organic jam in small jars. The breakfast is expanded with fruit juice, milk, yogurt, cheese and ham (both also in plastic packaging), and cereal mixes in jars. Breakfast NOT VERY SUSTAINABLE. A highlight are the two coffee machines: an old Bialetti for boiling and a Bialetti capsule machine that also brews wonderful coffee. Of course, it also depends on good coffee beans, which were provided. The bathroom, which also houses a washing machine, is not directly accessible from the room; you have to go through the corridor to the bathroom door. The corridor area is well protected by a sturdy, opaque screen. The host, Signora Orietta, is very dear; we will gladly return.

Orietta’s kindness and availability, the close location to the center and nature, and the warm welcome.

Fantastic place. Orietta is wonderful, her hospitality alone makes the stay worthwhile. Extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. She made sure we had everything for breakfast. We stayed in the blue room, very spacious and fully equipped for cooking. The very spacious bathroom had everything, far better than hotels. The room had access to a very large terrace with table, lounge chair, and swing. Very comfortable. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the town center but in the peace of the countryside. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about, everything perfect.

The welcome was wonderful. The lady is extremely kind and very helpful. The atmosphere was almost family‑like. The kitchen corner in the room is truly fantastic. Absolutely nothing negative.
