“Good place to stay in Alicia”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The facilities were good, and the location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was just okay, I thought it was the best option in Alicia. My only gripe was that my room didn't have an external window, but I did appreciate the small balcony that I could access through a door.

On the one hand, the air-conditioning in the presidential suite was great, and the staff were very understanding and helpful when there was an issue with the booking. However, there were several issues that detracted from my stay, including a blocked drain in the shower room and a computer system that seemed to be malfunctioning.
Accessible, but the internet/wifi connection is poor and the facilities are old.
