The staff were excellent, friendly and understanding. The location was great, close to the pedestrian street, restaurants and the harbor (we took a boat to Kurfo), and there were plenty of activities. It felt really cramped; I didn’t know what I had booked, and I also didn’t understand why I got a different room that was relatively larger and had a balcony. All options should be clearly shown so guests can choose.

The hotel is close to the ferry and the car‑rental company. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is minimalistic, consisting of a coffee, a canned iced tea, an industrial‑style croissant and an omelette. I found the price expensive for what was offered.

I was impressed by the coffee, croissants and fresh bread, and there were eggs if you wanted them. The location was spot‑on. The manager was very friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humour, working extremely hard. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that there was no lift (which we already knew), but the manager helped with our bags.

The manager’s authenticity made us feel the unpredictable nature of the Albanians, and I must mention Emanuele, who was kind, helpful, and affable with us. The structure is located on the Saranda waterfront.
