I couldn't stay here because every sound in the room kept me awake, and the beds were uncomfortable. The AC was barely working and the service was almost nonexistent.

The location and view were great, but I couldn't find any Arabic food, and there were no English or Arabic TV channels, plus there was no gym.

Honestly, I booked two rooms and didn't like either; they upgraded me to a larger room with two extra beds at no extra cost, and I’m grateful to the staff who welcomed me and the friendly reception. What I didn’t like was the limited breakfast variety, especially since most guests are Arab—I wish there were options that suited Arab tastes.
