Hotel Indigo - Kansas City Downtown by IHG

The hotel was great and check‑in was wonderful, but the room had few lights (except the bathroom) and was really dark, especially with no sunlight.

“Nice hotel while passing through to New Orleans”

The room was spotless and fully equipped, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the bed was comfortable with extremely soft sheets; however, the room‑service menu in the room was inaccurate, the advertised happy hour at the restaurant didn’t exist, and the EV charging station the hotel promoted was actually located in the adjoining public garage.

“I recommend the Hotel Indigo in KC. The location was perfect for walking or taking the tram.”

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and informative whenever we asked a question, but the lobby air conditioning was very, very cold for us.
