The manager is a very kind and helpful guy, but the other guests didn’t show any respect at all—kids shouted until late at night. It’s not the property’s fault, but we expected to dine there and instead the service was no longer offered.
The place truly deserves a lot of praise. It’s in a wonderful area and the location is definitely a strong point. Unfortunately, our single night there was far from pleasant. We found the cleaning subpar, and the main issue was a loud birthday party with music outside the property that went on until 2 am. It was hard to sleep, especially for a small child. We understand events happen, but guests should have been warned and measures taken to reduce the disturbance, particularly at night. Too bad, because the location could have been much better. We expected more attention to cleanliness and, above all, guest comfort and rest.

The spot is quiet and perfect for the Cipresseta, with tidy outdoor spaces. The host’s availability was excellent, though the mattresses felt a bit firm.

The location is a beautiful farmhouse with a fantastic garden. It’s close to the Lete waterfalls, the Fontegreca cypress grove, the medieval village with the castle and bridge, and the castle view itself. The silence, tranquility, and atmosphere are superb. The room is spacious with a private bathroom and a view of the garden and castle. Breakfast isn’t included, but guests can use a coffee machine with pods, a kettle for tea, and snacks in a common room. The room had everything needed for a weekend away from city chaos. If I had to point out a flaw, I’d suggest adding a small table and a shower rug.
