We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the apartment. The main perk is its location—just a step away from a nice, calm beach with clean water and affordable prices. The rooms are very spacious and match the photos exactly. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for a short stay. The second bathroom is a bonus when many people are staying. The washing machine and all cleaning supplies were available, which is very helpful. The sea view from the balcony is very pleasant. The owner is very friendly, communicative, and responsive, and was attentive to us. The main drawback was the noise at night, likely unavoidable because the windows face a busy street, so we couldn’t sleep in one room some nights. Also, the second bathroom had a leaking issue that left water on the floor; it might need fixing. The bathroom lacked a key, so a locking mechanism might be necessary.

The place has two very comfortable rooms with large beds, a view, and the beach right next door; it’s very complete, has everything we needed, and we liked the host, who was very helpful. No negatives.

The only redeeming feature is the large bedrooms with comfortable beds, and its proximity to the beach—there’s a view of the sea from one balcony. The building is old and looks like it could collapse at any moment; the elevator stopped working for hours, and when I saw others using it I got stuck for half an hour with my kids, a horrible experience amplified by 34 °C heat. The third floor looked like the sixth. The laundry room on the floor was filthy, full of sand, with signs that it hadn’t been cleaned for months, and I found other people’s clothes under the bed, a dirty fridge, and overall poor cleanliness.

Everything was fine. The accommodation is large and comfortable, adjacent to the beach, in a central location where everything—restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.—is nearby. The Pastena metro stop is a 5–10 minute walk away. The host is very kind. The only downside is that parking is not available at the property and must be found on adjacent streets.
