“Was unprofessional staff.”

The building looked good from the outside, but the air‑conditioner leaked water outside the bathroom door all night, so I slipped when I went to the washroom and even filmed it. I reported the issue at the main desk the next morning and was told to have breakfast first, after which they’d arrange a room change. When I returned, the room hadn’t been changed, so I had to complain again and was told, “Sir, we’ll get it done in a little while.” I feel it’s the management’s job to brief staff properly; having to raise the same complaint twice is truly embarrassing.
