How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The view of the lake was great, and the swimming pool and garden were nice. Rooms had air conditioning. The only issue was that the only community washing machine in the garage was coin-operated and it didn’t work. Loud parties in neighboring lodges were a nuisance, the spare kitchen equipment was lacking, and the sun umbrellas and sun beds were broken.

The view was super beautiful, and the supermarket and gas station were right nearby. Gardaland, Movieland, the zoo, and the promenade were all about 20 min away. The location was truly good. We were able to check in early, which was very important to us, and everything from check‑in to check‑out ran smoothly. The tax per person and nights could be left at the table in the apartment without any problem (although I had a slight uneasy feeling). It could also be transferred, which would have been fine. So far I’ve heard nothing from the accommodation that the money went missing or anything else, so everything should be fine :) The only downside was that, honestly, there are guests who don’t respect the quiet hours, which was annoying. The kitchen could really use a refresh; the sliding door was inconvenient, and the fridge had no handle. You can see the wear on the wood when you try to open the fridge.

The accommodation offered a very nice view of Garda. The beds, especially for the children, were not suitable; the kids had to sleep on a pull‑out couch with a wooden board as a slatted base, and even the bed in the parents’ room squeaked loudly and was uncomfortable. For this price range I don’t understand why they didn’t invest in decent beds. Additionally, the water in the shower was ice‑cold after just one person used it. Parking for Apartment 7 was a challenge; it was too tight in the corner of the garage, but parking outside worked.
