The staff are very friendly, dedicated, and personal; the place is quiet, nicely furnished, and has a great garden. It’s tucked away in Cannerggio, away from the tiring tourist crowds. Small but lovely! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, happily arranging dinner reservations and water taxi calls, and the bartender was amazing. The location is great, outside the tourist zone but close to many restaurants. The facilities are gorgeous. Rooms are air‑conditioned and comfortable. The only minor gripe: shower water pressure could be better at times.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, even making me a refreshing mock cocktail. They helped with restaurant and water taxi bookings. The rooms were comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and the most comfortable bed of our two‑week vacation. The location is perfect—far from crowds yet near great restaurants and shops, and easily reachable by water taxi because it’s on a canal.

The location was amazing and the garden was great; I stayed with a 9‑month‑old baby and the staff went above and beyond—helped sterilise, provided baby‑friendly snacks, and stored the stroller. Customer service, from the kitchen to the management, was excellent and added a personal touch that made a real difference. It was far better than an Airbnb; the staff seemed genuinely invested in our experience.
