The location was perfect for our soccer tournament, but the TV in our room had no signal; it wasn’t a huge deal, but a show would have helped us fall asleep and entertained the kids while they got ready. The pool was okay, yet when we asked for towels we were told no, so the kids went dripping wet back to the room.

When booking, no information was given about pet rules; the fee was 50 % of my room, and there was a rule against leaving the dog unattended in the room that wasn’t previously stated, disrupting our family plans and the trip budget.

The staff were nice, rooms were clean, and breakfast was okay, but the hot‑tub jets didn’t work—though I had called before my reservation and was told they did. Maintenance and housekeeping were absent on July 4th, so the front desk had to bring towels to the pool, and the pool itself was not very clear.
