The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, even arranging a parking spot for my motorcycle. The room was very small and didn’t even have a cabinet.

I loved my room and the wide view it offered, even though it didn’t face the main monument. The hotel feels cosy, very affordable, and the staff are sweet and attentive. A big plus is their eco‑initiative: they give you a drink if you skip the daily housekeeping service! The décor is especially polished, making you feel right at home immediately. On the ground floor, the lounge area is great for relaxing with a hot drink thanks to the available machines. The hotel is also very close to the train station, making the location perfect.

The location is good and the online booking process is smooth, but the room is very small, sparsely furnished, and the price is high for what you get.

The hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast, but there are plenty of options nearby; the staff are extremely courteous and friendly, and little perks like a free drink for each day you skip a room cleaning highlight the overall pleasant vibe. On the downside, the walls sometimes wobble when a door opens, the elevator feels oddly set up, and the hotel bar is more functional than welcoming, though this hardly spoils the overall experience and I'm just noting it because the form asks for it.
