We spent four days here; pure nature with a flawless view, perfect for enjoying mornings or evenings from the balcony. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, even offering fresh garden fruit and travel tips. The downside is the property is hard to locate—no sign on the main street—so if you book without a car, arranging a shuttle with them is best since the price matches a regular airport taxi.

The staff were very pleasant and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. The location was convenient for visiting the beaches and shops, the hot water worked, the view was breathtaking, and there was a charming little fox roaming the property. However, the smell was very strong and unpleasant—whether it was old age or someone had died, I couldn’t tell, but it was noticeably bad, especially after fresh air, and at one point it felt scary to inhale it. The bed was uncomfortable; the mattress sagged and was not what I expected from many apartments. The fridge didn’t freeze water even after two days, and no one took out the trash even though they were seen taking out fish. The linens weren’t changed. The lift to the room was steep, which could be hard for older guests, but that’s just a detail, not a flaw. The furniture was old and shabby, the room clearly needed renovation. The safe didn’t lock properly—it would open with a slight tug. The AC was weak; the remote read 19°C but the room felt colder than other apartments at the same setting. Nearby, a church’s bells rang in the morning and a club played until three a.m., making sleep impossible.
