The resort is beautifully designed with nice common indoor areas, but it was too chilly and sometimes even cold to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Most staff were quite good; some front‑desk staff couldn’t answer basic questions, though they were always polite.

“A wonderful and relaxing stay with excellent food, spotless facilities, and exceptionally friendly and accommodating sta”

The hotel sits in a great location and is exceptionally clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very large with an excellent variety of food. The young staff members were especially friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and we were even allowed to use the wellness area before check‑in, which we really appreciated. Another nice touch was that all items in the minibar were complimentary for the first refill. There was nothing in particular that we disliked about our stay.

Breakfasts and dinners were good, but there was a lack of soundproofing—noise from outside the door could be heard, and we couldn’t adjust the room temperature.
