“No toilet seats on the toilets”
There was no toilet seat on the toilet. When I asked for a refund so I could move to another hotel, they refused.
The room doors might as well have been cardboard. Everything was loud and audible. We saw no staff even though we arrived at 7 am. There were several hours of power outage, which could also be a neighborhood issue. The “shower” had no curtain or glass wall; it was just a tub on the floor with a shower head next to it.
Very comfortable furnishings. Centrally located. A few minutes to the train station and the harbor. Friendly staff. Late check‑in was hassle‑free via a code sent by email.

The stay was comfortable and the environment friendly, fairly close to public services. The value for money was decent, and 24‑hour phone support from the front desk was available. I’ve visited other 2‑star hotels that had a mini‑bar for keeping cold drinks or other items, so this place lacked one. The TV didn’t play channels correctly and the remote didn’t work properly.
Check‑in and check‑out could be done independently. They were very friendly and upgraded us without us asking. Thanks!
