The host was super accommodating. The room is small, but the veranda is comfortable. The lodging sits in a good neighborhood, though the adjacent area is questionable; having your own vehicle solves that.

I’m sorry to give this rating because the owner really went above and beyond, even preparing breakfast for us. That was the only bright spot I could find. The location was awful; we basically slept in a slum. Noise from outside all night—sounds that only come from GTA—kept us from sleeping. We felt trapped behind bars in our wooden rooms; in case of a fire we’d have no escape. Comfort was underground: showers barely produced water, the beds were very uncomfortable and too small for two people. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Magnifique! The welcome, the room, the advice, everything. All wood, the whole place has a crazy charm, it’s quiet, breakfast is more than exceptional. We loved it! Everything was incredible.

The property is very clean, hosts are super kind and attentive. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s perfect for a short stop.
