“Es war sehr schön und auch herzlich empfangen/bedient worden”
Breakfast is great and the location is also good, but the room and breakfast area are acoustically unpleasant; the noise is too loud.

Breakfast and room. The pillows are far too big to sleep on.

The spot offers a fantastic view, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast is excellent with a rotating selection and produce straight from their garden and kitchen.

The accommodation is beautiful and very tidy, the breakfast buffet is wonderful, the beds are excellent and we slept soundly; for €3.50 you can buy a glass of wine, pour it yourself, and pay later with a form at checkout. The surroundings are lovely for walking or cycling, and you’re only 20 minutes from Bernkastel-Kues. The only drawback is that the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the Tilia de’ luxe room 6; a Wi‑Fi booster in the hotel room would have been better, so we couldn’t use the internet there, which is a pity.

Quiet and clean, yet the bathroom lighting is very dim.
