“Unica nota positiva è la posizione rispetto all’ospedale.”
The location was fine. The cleaning was poor, towels were old and torn, and the bathroom lacked soap and glasses. The breakfast was subpar and low quality.
“Adequate accommodation for our needs, clean and tidy, good value for money for a short stay in Pisa.”
The location was okay, a 5‑minute walk to the bus stop that offers a regular service to the city centre for €2 per trip. The breakfast was decent, continental style, which met our needs. Milk and sugar/sweeteners were supplied each morning for tea or coffee. The accommodation was clean and generally well maintained. There’s a fridge in the kitchen‑diner area where you can keep your own drinks cool and fresh, and a coffee maker that also provides hot water for tea and cold water for bottles. A label on the keys to show which one opens which door would be helpful instead of having to try each one to see what it opens. There are three keys: one for the main entrance from the street, one for the accommodation door, and one for the room.
“da dimenticare in fretta”
The proximity to the hospital was a plus. Everything else… first of all the host who runs this miserable business lacks any competence, delicacy, or hospitality. The common areas are abandoned, breakfast is non‑existent, the beds collapse to the floor, and the mattresses are cheaper than those sold in the worst furniture market. In short, everything is bad; absolutely avoid it.
The room was modernly furnished. I had no contact with the host, only received a WhatsApp to get the tax. I asked about the Wi‑Fi password and got no reply.
“Ottima pulizia, luogo davvero confortevole.”
The location was great, I just wish there were croissants for breakfast. I forgot to mention that there was a toilet flush blockage during my single night, and even though it was fixed afterward, I’d have it checked because I’m very upset that so much water was wasted.
