The only good thing was how spacious it was. I booked an old apartment but was handed a new one that cost over a thousand more. The on‑shift staff—both a glasses‑wearing woman and man—apparently wanted to joke with me and said “It’s ok?” while I was clearly not. I asked how the price difference would be compensated, then I was sent to someone who seemed to be the manager. He came out and gave me the correct room. It was the first time I’d seen such casual handling at the front desk.
