I booked through an online app, but after confirming, they called to say their system was down and denied me a stay, claiming they had other customers already; this deceptive staff behavior is unacceptable and undermines trust in online reservations.

The place was clean and in a good location.

My stay at this hotel was marred by one major issue: the cleanliness was subpar. On the other hand, the hotel's location was quite convenient, making it easy to get around. However, the cleanliness issue was a significant problem that overshadowed the hotel's other qualities.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was perfectly situated near the Guruvayur temple and bus station, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The hotel's location was its biggest strength, and I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.
