I cannot highlight any positives. The experience was catastrophic – I had a proper reservation through Bookings, but upon arrival I found the tent already occupied. The owner clearly failed to coordinate bookings from Booking and Zľavomat, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, he pushed me to cancel the reservation myself, even threatening a possible cancellation fee and refusing to cancel it on his end. The communication was unpleasant, unprofessional, and insulting; the owner called me a “stupid” in messages. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when the problem was his fault. Only later did he admit the mistake and wrote to Booking requesting a full refund. Plans were ruined, unnecessary stress, and the conduct had nothing to do with hospitality. Based on this, I definitely do not recommend this place.
