“Dentro do que eu esperava”
The breakfast was very small, but the location was great. The hotel is simple, which I expected, and I chose it for the location, which made up for the rest.

The room was horrible, smelling of mold and dirty. The beds were awful; I asked for a room change, but all rooms felt like prison cells. I felt like I was in a jail. Everything was terrible, stinky, old, and I don’t understand how this place operates. It’s open and has a lot of garbage on the sidewalk. 120 reais is never worth it; even 10 reais would be too expensive. It’s a horrible place. The health inspection should shut it down.

The only positive was the location, close to the service I was using. The facilities were in terrible condition: loose wires, a broken sink, an uncomfortable bed, ripped sheets and pillowcases. The floor was sticky and there was a strange odor in the room. Breakfast was just a loaf of bread with cheese and ham. Despite the good location, I didn’t find the cost‑benefit worthwhile.

The location alone is decent, but the hotel itself feels old and neglected. The parking lot is cramped, fitting only two cars (if you can even manage that) and littered with trash and worn‑out furniture; it took me about 15 minutes to reverse my car out, barely clearing a centimeter on either side without scratching it. The room was dim, the sheets torn and looking dirty, and the bathroom lacked shampoo or conditioner, giving the whole area a grim vibe. I couldn’t sleep at all because of constant noise throughout the night and a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. I won’t be returning—one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had.

The hotel’s location works well for me and it met my main needs: a clean room with a private bathroom and attentive reception staff. There’s a little pantry with a microwave for heating meals, a fridge in the room, and the rare perk of complimentary coffee that many pricey hotels don’t provide, plus a good shower. However, the garage only holds two cars and two motorcycles, and the room I was given had leaks; the property is under renovation, so I assume that will be fixed. They did move me to another room when I asked. Breakfast was very limited—just coffee with milk and ham‑topped bread—so I preferred to eat elsewhere.
