Parking was good and check‑in was easy, but it isn’t ideal for an older person to climb stairs, and at breakfast they could have made it clearer that everything would be cleared away at 10am.
“Going downhill”
The location is fine, but the food was stale, smelly, old, and the care and service were lacking.
The staff were brilliant, and there was nothing negative to mention.
The location worked well for us, but parking wasn’t clearly marked for the hotel, so we had to find an alternative spot.
The room offered exceptional value and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious; everything else was fine.
