I liked the staff treatment, the breakfast area and what was served, and the outdoor areas and game room. I didn’t like several things: the room wasn’t fully ready when I arrived at 3 pm, the cleaning was rushed and everything was damp, the bathroom tap made the lights flicker as if it were short‑circuiting, the TV was broken, and the pool was dangerous—part of the ceiling over the pool was unfinished and exposed wires and metal were visible, so I feared something might fall on me. There were also two metal terminals with buttons to turn on the jacuzzi, which gave me a fear of an electric shock. The reception was far from the rooms, so in the rain you have to walk in the rain with luggage. The listing said there was streaming service, but I found out the lodge only offers the app and guests must use their own account; only free channels were available.
