The breakfast at the little bar next door was surprisingly generous and the staff were genuinely friendly, and the room itself was quite roomy. On the downside, breakfast only started at 9 am, which felt a bit early, and the sheets could have been cleaner – we found a few hairs that were probably from the cat we saw on the stairs.

We loved the warm‑hearted breakfast setting and the spacious room, plus the location was spot on and the overall vibe of the hotel felt welcoming, especially with the two resident cats greeting us. The only drawback was the street noise that could be heard at times.

Service was top‑notch and the coffee bar kept drinks flowing all day, which made the stay very pleasant. Honestly, there wasn’t anything that bothered us – everything seemed to work just fine.

The place looks just as lovely as the photos suggest – nice décor, a snug atmosphere, and a location close to La Candelaria that feels safe enough, even if it looks a bit sketchy after dark. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty, though it only started at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, the interior room was left dirty from previous guests, no housekeeping came for four nights despite my requests, towels were only swapped halfway through, and the TV was limited to Netflix.
