Leaving was the only bright spot. The bathtub had a crack, the shower handle detached, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and the room felt like a sauna. Management said nothing could be done and just told me to keep the bathroom door closed.

Nothing to highlight. I was assigned a non‑smoking room, yet ashtrays were on the counter and cigarette smell hit me as soon as I walked in. The walls were nasty, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty—one even looked like a blood stain. The toilet leaked, the microwave in the fridge wasn’t plugged in and there were no nearby outlets, forcing me to move the appliance. The online photos were misleading, and I haven’t recovered my security deposit. Customer service was rude, breakfast was cold, and the price didn’t match the experience. It’s not worth it.

Nothing to like. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review based on my experience. I booked and paid for this hotel because the pictures online looked very good. However, when I arrived and opened the room, the actual condition was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. My son immediately became upset and started crying because he did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room. I went back to the front desk and spoke with the lady there. She told me, unfortunately, that she could not refund my money. I also noticed an unpleasant smell inside the room. Because I was traveling with my child, I did not feel comfortable staying there, especially given the condition of the room and the concerns about safety. I understand that refunds may have policies, but in this situation, I believe the room should have been accurately represented in the listing
