How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The room was a dump, the staff were completely unhelpful and rude, and it was clear they didn't care about their guests. I'm not sure what the management is thinking, but it's clear they're not doing anything to improve the situation. If you value your sanity, stay away from this dump.

I'm still trying to process what happened during my stay. I was attacked by someone who was somehow allowed to stay in the hotel, and to make matters worse, my boyfriend was framed for the crime. The hotel's response was completely unhelpful, and it's clear they're more interested in covering their own backs than in helping their guests. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We didn't end up staying for breakfast, but what we did experience was a sweltering heat that made our room feel like an oven. I'm not sure if they even had air conditioning, but it was definitely not working.

Summary of this review
The customer service at this place was actually really nice, but unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. The biggest issue we had was the lack of central heating, which made our stay pretty miserable.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from the moment I walked in. The room was tiny and dirty, with roaches crawling all over the place. There was no heat, just a space heater that barely worked, and the TV remote didn't even work. The bathroom was a biohazard, with mold growing all over the walls and dirty towels scattered everywhere. And to top it all off, there were no outlets available to charge my phone. It was honestly the worst stay I've ever had.
