I’ve stayed here for the second year running, and the staff remain outstanding while the food stays top‑tier. The spot’s location is superb, giving easy access to the narrow road that heads straight into Lamai’s center. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel felt smaller than I’d imagined, yet it captured that cozy, almost boutique vibe you’d expect from a local spot. The staff were super attentive without ever seeming to hover; they were always there when I needed them, helpful and polite. The architecture was stunning, functional, and well maintained. I booked a garden‑view room, but it also offered a sea view. The room itself was huge, spotless, and came with a bubble bath, a full kitchen, a walk‑in closet, multiple desks, and a pool. The food was fantastic. Breakfast could be ordered via a QR code the day before, offering a wide range of options. Lunch and dinner were just as good, though a bit pricier than other local eateries. We used room service a few times and it was quick and delicious. The beach is great and kid‑friendly; I’ve stayed at Bophut beach before, which is also nice, but the water there is steeper and less visible, making it less ideal for children. I have very few criticisms: the air conditioning in the gym isn’t great and the gym feels a bit basement‑like, but the gym itself works well, so it’s a minor issue. I’d definitely return next time I visit Samui.

The staff were wonderful—warm, discreet, and always ready to help; the décor was lovely, the beds comfortable, the pool area nice, and the breakfast superb with traditional décor and a gold‑topped table. The restaurant was great, the ambience quiet, and the garden area delightful. Nothing to add.
