Everything was perfect—room, amenities, staff. The food, however, arrived a bit cold, even the tea was served cold.

We went there off season and it was outstanding; the staff, chefs, managers, CEOs, and everyone I met were committed to serving you to the best of their capacity, so overall it was a great experience and I extended our stay, which explains everything. I was limited in how long I could stay.

I was surprised at how beautiful the property and rooms were for a reasonable price; the place was amazing and the service was excellent. They took very good care of my daughter while she stayed there, and I think the hostess’s name was Jyoti. It was a very pleasant experience.
