The spot was ideal, and there were many excellent restaurants where you could have breakfast on the beach or dine there in the evening; the food itself was high quality and always freshly made. For a midday snack we recommend the pizza from the hotel’s own oven, one of the best pizzas on site. The staff were very courteous and all requests were handled promptly. A fitness room, pools, and the hotel beach with reserved loungers complete the experience perfectly. The sea water was very clear and clean. We’ve stayed twice and each time it was a special experience. All‑inclusive is highly recommended if you want to spend evenings at the lovely hotel bar, where every night there are special highlights like live music or traditional dance performances, all at a very high level. Malia offers all shopping options within walking distance from the hotel. The picturesque old town of Malia is only about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi and provides traditional restaurants for every taste and standard. The airport is only 30 minutes by car. We had nothing to complain about.
