Very nice. Interesting because the room door faces the street. Spacious room. The blinds facing the street could be continuous.

I didn’t do the pre‑check‑in because it required a credit card, so we couldn’t find the address and ended up going to the office. Later we read the email, did the pre‑check‑in, and it gave us the exact address, which was about a six‑minute walk. Getting in was easy, but figuring out the instructions was tough; you had to do the pre‑check‑in with a credit card to receive the exact address and the code for the key. I didn’t know there was no reception; it was just a street‑entry room, but it was spectacular.

They didn’t give me the key, and they didn’t respond.

The location is great for day trips or business in the city centre, and the short walk from the main train station is easy even with larger luggage. Checking in (after prior communication with the host) is automated and worked perfectly for me. The accommodation itself is spacious and well equipped, and the interior design is very atmospheric and creative, almost like a design studio. The property is set up in a former shop in a historic building, which brings some challenges that aren’t fully resolved. The sound insulation towards the street is at best thin – it didn’t bother me much, but for guests who are more sensitive to typical street noise, the place might be less suitable. What bothered me more personally was the stagnant air – probably due to damp brickwork, and the limited ventilation capacity doesn’t fully cope. Some improvements would help. It would also be wise to replace the “general” cover photo with an actual photo of the accommodation.

Great location near the station, public transport is very accessible, and you’re a quick walk from the Belvedere. The shower was dirty and the tiles were moldy. You could hear the neighbours very strongly through the walls. The cleanliness of the coffee machine and kettle was rather poor.
