The hotel features a lift, 24-hour front desk, minimarket, and luggage storage, as well as paid on-site parking. A daily buffet breakfast includes juice, pastries, cheese, and fruits. It's 29 km from Berlin Brandenburg Airport and near Zoologischer Garten underground station and Berlin Central Station.

The staff member Ilka made our breakfast a delight, but we were very dissatisfied with the room we booked at the agreed terms and felt completely uncomfortable. We were on the 7th floor and the rooms were a nightmare! We had to deal with several serious defects: a dripping shower, a dirty toilet and damaged washbasin, a scratched or damaged tap, no cover or protection on the light switch next to the bed, a broken bathroom door, no room service (no toilet paper), cracks in the ceiling, a neglected roof window, a defective floor, and missing cover for the kitchen vent shaft. The room felt very uncomfortable and, in our view, did not meet the standard we expected for that price. The value for money is unacceptable to us. I visit a Garner Hotel in Berlin at least twice a year and have always had good experiences. I have never encountered accommodation in such a condition. We demand a fair refund.

The proximity to the tram was a plus. I got locked out of my toilet and couldn’t get out; I also heard people snoring and talking next door.

The hotel was quiet and pleasant, with a great breakfast, friendly staff, and nearby public transport. Special shout‑out for the roll‑away bed and the pretty sheets! The bathroom was slightly in poorer condition than the rest, but still acceptable.
