The staff, especially Win, were friendly and made us feel welcomed, but the spa was a mess—treatments booked for two people had to be done separately, causing one of us to wait 90 minutes while the other was treated, which was very inconvenient and showed poor coordination. The beach isn’t private as promised; it’s open to the public, so a clearly marked, exclusive area for resort guests would help. The staff’s reaction was just laughter instead of help, which was disappointing.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly and the location on the beach means no extra travel, but the gym was closed and the sports room required extra payment.

The front desk and breakfast were the worst aspects of this Wyndham Group hotel, and the service was subpar.
