The Gastehause van het Krone am Park Hotel is a great spot; parking is easy and the walk to the hotel for breakfast was no problem, even enjoyable for me. The breakfast and dinner (the kitchen) were more than good. Being able to sit on the terrace in the garden with colleagues in the evening was perfect! In the hotel rooms, the carpeting caused some trouble for my mild allergy, so I kept the window open all night for fresh air.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and breakfast was delicious. Parking got tough when the hotel and restaurant were busy, though street parking is plentiful. The lack of air‑conditioning during the hotter part of the day made it uncomfortable.

The stay spanned two addresses, one for the room and one for breakfast, so the transfer was a bit inconvenient but largely made up for by everything else. The accommodation felt like a movie set with beautiful volumes in a quiet, calm setting. Breakfast was perfect, featuring local products. It’s a shame the sauna isn’t activated in the lodging area.
