The receptionist was super unpleasant, the towels made us beg for them.

The room was spacious and the location was good. There was very little contact with reception; almost never was anyone there.

The location was amazing. Everything we needed was extremely close/accessible. The room was on the small side but still met our needs. The only thing that was a little frustrating was that we didn't realize you had to ask at reception before 10am for the room to be cleaned. They had a panel in the room, but they were no longer using that system apparently.

It was convenient to use the subway because the first exit was right in front of the station. The washbasin drainage was bad and the toilet paper could not be flushed.
