The lobby, the outdoor pool, the reception and breakfast staff, the garden, the 35 m² room and the 5 pm tea were all great, but the indoor pool lacked jets, was separate from the outdoor one and had steps, the spa was basically just two stools beside the indoor pool, the building feels stuck in the 1970s and the breakfast was disappointing for a 5‑star property.

The hotel has a distinctive personality, the staff were kind and helpful, and we had a superb massage with a Taiwanese professional. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent, and the outdoor pool in a lovely park was very enjoyable. The director was extremely courteous. Definitely a place to return to. Nothing to report.
