I can’t think of much I liked. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work and the room had a strong bad odor. It sits on a very busy road in front of the hotel and a warehouse district behind, so it’s very loud at night.

Nothing positive. The service was poor; the front‑desk girl had no smile and was rude.

Everything was great, especially the staff who were so friendly. Nothing negative.

The bed was comfortable. The window shade was broken, the bathroom ceiling was peeling with large paint flakes, the carpet was filthy and had gum on it. The room was awful.
