The location. The cabins are not like they appear in the photos, cleanliness is poor, there is a dampness problem, the bathroom is small, and there are plumbing issues

The location is very convenient, being close to both the village and the Great Escape. The accommodations, whether rooms or cabins, were remarkably clean. The staff and the owner were exceptionally accommodating and friendly, making a special effort to ensure our family felt comfortable and at home. We will certainly be booking our next family vacation with them. There really was not anything to dislike.

The building looks nice, but it’s a long walk from Lake George and the trolley doesn’t stop nearby. The staff were awful, useless, incompetent, dishonest, and disrespectful—definitely not something the town of Lake George should be associated with.
